I am delighted to learn that three travel companies have been voted into The Sunday Times List of the Best Companies to Work For 2016.   Even more so, as their accolade is as a result of the views of actual employees.   There are several key indicators of staff engagement taken into consideration – so an employee’s perceptions of overall leadership, day to day management, personal growth opportunities, life/work balance, team collaboration, giving something back to community/social responsibility, company values and remuneration.    The marks gained on these elements from the employee survey determine the overall company rankings.
