Attraction world announced recently a management restructure following their acquisition of Day Out with the Kids.  It is great to see that the hard work and effort put into the business by the management recognised for their contribution and rewarded with these promotions, hopefully financially too!  Although clearly I am a focused on placing external candidates in organisations such as these, it always pleases me to work with such organisations that values and recognises their employees.
